AdryX Créations — Terms and Conditions of Sale

2. Products The products offered are handmade artisanal creations made in France. Each piece is unique and may show slight variations inherent to handcrafting and to the nature of leather. These variations do not constitute a defect.

⚠️ Warning: AdryX Créations products are intended for adult use only (18 years and over). Their use requires prior knowledge of BDSM practices and compliance with the rules of safety, consent and communication between partners.

3. Prices Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included. AdryX Créations reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is validated.

4. Orders Validating your order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. All orders are final after payment confirmation. AdryX Créations reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a supply problem or force majeure.

5. Payment Payment is secure and made online via the methods offered on the site. The order is processed upon receipt of payment.

6. Delivery Orders are shipped within France and internationally. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. AdryX Créations cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or postal services.

7. Return policy In accordance with our return policy available on our site, certain products may be returned subject to conditions. For any request, contact us within 14 days of receipt at: adryx.creations@gmail.com

8. Legal warranty All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Article L.217-4 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

9. Liability AdryX Créations cannot be held responsible for any inappropriate or dangerous use of the products sold, or any use that does not comply with BDSM safety rules. The buyer is solely responsible for the use of the products.

10. Data protection Personal data collected when ordering is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our privacy policy. It is never sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

11. Disputes In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction. French law applies.

12. Mediation In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, we offer a consumer mediation scheme. In the event of an unresolved dispute, you may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator to which we are affiliated.
