Delivery & discretion

Is the parcel discreet?

Yes, completely. Your creations are shipped in neutral packaging, with no logo or any mention of the contents. Nothing reveals the nature of your order — neither to the carrier nor to those around you. We also favour Mondial Relay pickup-point delivery, which is even more discreet: you collect your parcel whenever you like, with no delivery driver coming to your home.

What will my bank see?

The charge appears under an abbreviated, neutral bank label (something like "SP AD"), with no mention of AdryX or the type of products. Impossible to identify, even with an internet search.

What are the delivery times?

In-stock pieces are shipped from France within the week — most often within 48 h. For made-to-order creations, the production time is given to you before ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Costs and times are calculated automatically at checkout according to your destination.

Our creations

Are your products really handmade?

Yes. Every piece is made or assembled by hand in France by Adryades, in our workshop. Most are one-of-a-kind or made in very small batches — which is why many items show a single unit in stock.

Can I order a custom piece?

Absolutely — it's even one of our specialities: colour, length, material, intensity… Contact us to discuss it; personalisation is part of craftsmanship.

An item is sold out — can I still order it?

Yes. If a piece caught your eye, write to us: we can often remake an identical or similar version.

How do I care for leather and natural materials?

See our hygiene and care guide. In short: a soft cloth, a leather balm now and then, and storage away from moisture.

Getting started

I'm a beginner — which product should I choose?

Start with our beginner's guide. The floggers in the "Toute Douce" collection and the jute flogger are designed precisely for discovering impact play safely.

Do you offer advice on use?

Yes — our guides & advice cover the Florentine, safe barbed wire and the basics of practice. And we're happy to answer your questions by message.

Order & payment

Is payment secure?

Yes, payment is processed by Shopify, with standard bank encryption. We never have access to your card details.

What is your return policy?

See our return policy. For obvious hygiene reasons, used items cannot be taken back.
