Return Policy

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons.

Return conditions

To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt.
  • The product must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Products excluded from the right of return

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, certain products cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection, in particular products that have been unsealed or used after delivery.

Made-to-order or personalised products are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Return procedure

  1. Contact us by email at adryx.creations@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Give your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Wait for our confirmation before shipping the product.
  4. Return the product carefully packaged to the address we provide.

Return costs

Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund

Once the return is received and checked, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method as the one used for the order.

Defective product

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at adryx.creations@gmail.com with photos of the product. We will cover the return costs and proceed with a refund or exchange according to your preference.
